Second Week February Dinner Menus

Monday: Tortilla-Chipotle tomato sauce casserole with Bright Lights Swiss Chard, Bodacious Sweet Corn, and mixed cheeses; carrot, apple and onion salad dressed with ponzu and sour cream

Tuesday: See Above

Wednesday: Whole-wheat waffles with a peaches, coconut, and Chambord mix on top.

Thursday: Mushroom-Barley soup.  Moosewood’s recipe.

Friday:  At E’s!
