Monday: President’s Day: leftovers from St. Valentine’s Day: beef steak, broccoli, stuffed baked potatoes

Tuesday: Chicken-Broccoli Alfredo

Wednesday: Apricot-Nut bread , Savory Egg Custard with broccoli, bacon, onion, sun-dried tomato and multiple cheeses
Thursday: Spicy coconut lentil chicken soup, whole wheat bread with butter

Friday:As above, with Bodacious sweet corn added

    Sounds like a tasty and reasonably healthy menu.
