Run up to Easter Week Suppers

Monday:  Farfarle with sesame oil, ham, spinach and many cheeses, sesame cookies

Tuesday: chicken-mushroom fried rice

Wednesday: salad from the garden, fried rice

Thursday: whole-wheat couscous cooked in beef broth with asparagus and carrots, brussel sprouts

Friday: tomato-ham noodle risotto (made with little ring noodles,  frozen homemade tomato sauce, homemade beef broth, ham juices,  cilantro, beef and ham pieces)
